Laurence West, Clinical Nurse/SNR Manager Clinical Services
Career Highlights:

  • Working as a new Grad on Country with my mob in the Mount Isa District
  • Moving into a spear head role in our ACCHS in SEQ and contributing to the Opening of over 18 Aboriginal health services
  • Working in Universities and contributing to the recruitment and retention of Culturally safe clinicians
  • Preceptoring and mentoring young clinicians to improve health outcomes of our Indigenous Communities
